Nestled in Dinard, a renowned seaside destination since the 1920s, the Emeria Dinard Hôtel Thalasso & Spa offers a stunning view of the island of Cézembre, making it a popular choice for tourists and spa enthusiasts alike. With a history dating back to the 1990s, this thalassotherapy center underwent a full renovation in 2024, now featuring 103 rooms with sea views and 64 facing inland. The hotel includes two restaurants, L’Osens and L’Arsaour, along with a bar named L’Horizon. The wellness suite is equipped with 58 treatment rooms, two spas—one specifically for anti-aging and weight loss—alongside a marine circuit, an outdoor marine circuit at 32°C, a sensory pool, and a gym. A variety of treatments and massages are available, including the unique “Women’s Heart” package.

“Expert” programmes

The hotel offers an extensive range of treatments, including short stays and packages aimed at energy enhancement and weight loss. Among these are specialized programs termed “breaks,” such as Second Life, Rejuvenating Dip, Longevity, Sea of Sleep, and Let Go. The “Longevity Break” spans five days, featuring 21 treatments and two assessments designed to help guests modify their daily habits for better health and cognitive function. It begins with a Cardiocheck assessment and an iMoove Fit posture evaluation, followed by three memory-enhancing workshops, an oxygenation walk, two iMoove Fit sessions, and an aqua gym class. Guests can unwind with a Kansu ayurvedic massage, Hydrorelax collagen massages, and a Zen massage, while rejuvenating facial treatments and classic thalassotherapy treatments like wraps and saltwater seaweed baths further enhance their experience.

The “Women’s Heart” package

The newly introduced “Women’s Heart” package encourages guests to connect with their inner selves. This six-day retreat includes 21 treatments and two assessments, starting with a health evaluation that incorporates impedance analysis and a Cardiocheck assessment. Guests have the option to wear a Withings ScanWatch Nova to monitor their health data throughout their stay. Following this initial assessment, a personalized program is created based on a questionnaire designed in collaboration with Suriia, a platform focused on personalized preventative health.

Five tailored treatments are provided to support guests in achieving their wellness goals. These include a Kansu treatment aimed at promoting serenity and a Zen massage for revitalization. The program also features two seawater baths, two wraps, a marine drainage session, and various hydrorelax treatments. To further enhance relaxation, guests receive a facial massage and an Abhyanga ayurvedic massage, which employs warm sesame oil to promote deep relaxation and detoxification, ultimately enhancing vitality and sleep quality.

To conclude, participants enjoy an energy-boosting wellbeing fascia session, designed to release accumulated tension and restore the body’s balance through slow, deliberate movements that enhance mobility and vitality.

Comprehensive aesthetic expertise

The EMERIA has partnered with Maison Evoluskin to provide a range of aesthetic treatments in a dedicated 400m² space, equipped with advanced technology and medical support. Guests can access innovative procedures including IA Check for artificial intelligence diagnostics, Easy 21 for wave frequency treatments, and HydraFacial for deep skin cleansing, among others.
