Aromas Selective S.L.U., identified by CIF B-41868241, is the organizer of the promotional event called "Women´secret and UFC". This article outlines the rules governing the giveaway, which will be conducted as a lottery.

1. Scope and Duration

The promotion is open to participants across all of Spain, commencing on July 29, 2026, and concluding on August 5, 2026, at 23:59, both dates inclusive.

2. Description of the Giveaway

2.1 Prize Details

The giveaway includes three sets of Women´secret and UFC perfumes, which consist of:

• 1 UFC Eau de Parfum 100 ml + Takedown Deodorant Spray 200 ml
• 1 Women´secret Divine Touch Revitalizing Foaming Shower Gel 200 ml + Rich Nourishing Body Cream 250 ml + Glow Body Oil 100 ml

Three winners will be selected via Instagram.

2.2 Nature of the Prize

The prizes cannot be exchanged, altered, or substituted for other gifts, nor can they be redeemed for cash. Additionally, the prizes are non-transferable, even if the recipient declines them.

2.3 Authorization

Winners authorize Aromas Perfumerías to use their name, surname, address, and image for promotional activities related to the received prizes without any compensation, except for the delivery of the prize itself.

3. Promotion Mechanics

To participate, interested individuals must:

1. Follow @aromas_es and @tailoredperfumes on Instagram.
2. Save the post (using the flag icon).
3. Tag three people.
4. Share (regram) the post.
5. Gain additional participation by sharing in stories.

The winner will be chosen using Easypromos, and the results will be announced via Instagram stories on August 6.

4. Eligibility

4.1 Participation Criteria

Eligible participants must meet the following conditions:

• Be over 18 years of age
• Reside in mainland Spain (shipping to islands is not available)
• Consent to the use of their image for promotional purposes without any compensation, except for the prize itself
• Adhere to the promotion mechanics

Participation in this promotion signifies acceptance of all terms outlined in this document. Failure to comply will result in automatic disqualification.

4.2 Exclusions

Employees of TAILORED FRAGANCES DIST. S.L and Aromas Perfumerías, as well as their relatives up to the second degree, are excluded from participating. Violation of this rule may lead to disqualification from receiving the prize.

5. Irregular Activities

If Aromas Perfumerías detects any irregularities or suspects that a participant is disrupting the normal conduct of the promotion by any means, they reserve the right to eliminate that participant's entry unilaterally.

6. Privacy Policy

Participants must provide personal data, consenting to its inclusion in Aromas Perfumerías' database for future promotional activities. Aromas Perfumerías ensures the confidentiality of this data and will not share it with third parties.

According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of April 2016/679, participants may contact Aromas Selective S.L.U. at any time to access, correct, or cancel their data, or to withdraw consent for commercial communications.

7. Instagram Disclaimer

Instagram does not sponsor, endorse, or administer this promotion, and there is a complete separation between participants and Instagram.

8. Deadline

Winners have 10 days to provide their personal information to receive their prize. Failure to do so will result in the prize being considered unclaimed and passed to another draw.

9. Language

The promotion's rules and related texts are drafted in Spanish. Any translations are for convenience; only the Spanish version is valid in case of discrepancies.

10. Partial Nullity

The invalidity of any clause in the promotion does not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.

11. Organizer's Rights

Aromas Perfumerías reserves the right to deny the prize to any participant who does not comply with the rules. They also retain the right to clarify or modify conditions as necessary and to extend, suspend, or cancel the promotion without prior notice if required by circumstances.

12. Liability Exemption

Aromas Perfumerías is not liable for technical issues during electronic communication, including internet failures. They also do not assume responsibility for any circumstances caused by third parties affecting data transmission.

13. Applicable Legislation

The promotion is governed by relevant laws, including the Income Tax Law and the Regulation of the Income Tax Law.
