After a year of estrangement, it seems that the trials faced by Morgane have led to a potential reconciliation with her mother, Vanessa Kepler, played by Agathe de La Boulaye. In the episode aired on August 11, 2026, Vanessa successfully prevents Ophélie from being committed to a psychiatric hospital, under the condition that she returns to live at the Kepler home.

As for Ophélie’s future, Frioux expressed a desire to delve deeper into her character’s psychological struggles, which have so far been only lightly touched upon by the writers. She stated, "The treatment she will receive might reveal a troubled mental state." Furthermore, she elaborated, "I want to believe in a positive version where we discover that the events she has experienced have led to a psychological disorder. I would find it fascinating to portray a character dealing with bipolarity or a disorder stemming from her actions. I would love to embody that version of Ophélie in the future."

Ending on a hopeful note, Frioux added, "I also want positive outcomes for the character, and I believe that everything will turn out well for her." Fans are left hoping that the writers take her wishes into account and provide Ophélie with a brighter future.
