Roxynails: My Top 3 Nail Designs for Spring/Summer

For those who regularly follow my blog, you know I've embraced the trend of press-on nails, and it's truly transformed my nail game! If you missed my previous article about Roxynails, I'm excited to share my top picks for this season. My nails have never looked better, although my wallet might disagree since I've indulged in various styles to keep things fresh. With such an extensive selection available, narrowing it down was a challenge. Here’s my top three for Spring/Summer!

How Do Roxynails Work?
For anyone who might be new to the concept, let’s quickly recap how press-on nails function. They are a game changer, and it's worth reiterating. The process is straightforward: you need the press-on nails, a nail file, a cuticle pusher (both included in the kit), and adhesive patches (or glue) to secure them in place!

In practice, you start by gently filing the surface of your natural nail and then degreasing it. Next, you select the right size of the press-on nails to ensure full coverage of your natural nail. After heating the adhesive pad by rubbing it, you apply it to your nail and remove the protective layer. Finally, press the press-on nail onto it, and you’re done!
This method guarantees a flawless manicure that takes a maximum of 15 minutes! The nails can last around three weeks with a perfect application, though sometimes a few may lift, requiring a replacement of the faulty pad. Personally, I typically keep them on for just over two weeks before the regrowth becomes noticeable. If you want more details, check out my previous review of Roxynails.
My Top 3 Spring/Summer Manicures from Roxynails
I purchased these nails with my own funds and want to share my honest opinions as a regular customer. Usually, I receive my orders within seven business days (I opt for standard shipping). The customer service is quite responsive if any issues arise, and overall, I’m pleased with my purchases!
Having recently restocked, I decided to share my top three nail designs for the Spring/Summer season since I wear Roxynails daily and have ample experience with these products.

Top 3 – Cashmere
In third place, we have the Cashmere design. These are extra-short press-on nails, which I find are still quite long! They are slightly longer than the extra-extra-short version I mentioned in my earlier article. I believe they create an illusion of longer, slender fingers, giving a very elegant look without being gaudy.
Cashmere is a lovely mauve with cool undertones, presented on their site as a cool nude. The color is more vibrant than I initially expected, appearing more taupe-beige in the online shop. The glossy finish is stunning and catches the light beautifully. I’m a huge fan of the oval shape, which adds a touch of refinement to the nails.
This design perfectly balances chicness and freshness for the Spring/Summer season!

Top 2 – Gardenia
My current favorite for this Spring is the Gardenia design! I previously fell in love with the oval French nails named Amanda, but I eventually opted for Gardenia. These press-on nails feature a fine French tip combined with daisy nail art, creating a salon-quality effect at home! The capsules also have a glossy finish but are semi-opaque for a super natural look.

The nude color is part of the capsule, while the motifs and French tip are added later. Even though it’s protected by a top coat, this area can wear off due to friction and use, which is a bit disappointing given the price. Nonetheless, I must say this design has garnered the most compliments! It gives a polished and elegant appearance to the hands, appealing to those who prefer a clean aesthetic with a hint of whimsy.

Top 1 – Undertone
Finally, my absolute favorite for the summer is the Undertone design, which is from Roxynails' latest collection! I chose a slightly longer length (still categorized as short) and, although it took me a bit to adjust to this size, I think it’s become my go-to. It gives an ultra-fine and delicate appearance that is simply stunning. With its rounded shape and glossy, opaque finish, Undertone is described as a light peach-nude by Roxynails.
Personally, I perceive it as leaning more towards a light coral. It’s the perfect shade to complement a summer tan! Fresh, bright, and timeless, I adopted it immediately. The shine remains impressive even after weeks of wear, making it ideal for everyday use without being overwhelming. While Undertone might seem bold in the box, it appears more subtle on the nails.

Roxynails: Match Your Manicure to the Season or Your Mood!
Clearly, I’m not done switching up my nail designs! If you’re a fan of pastel shades, check out the Douce allure collection, from which Undertone is derived. I’ve spotted Lilac Glow and Daylight for my next purchases. Overall, these capsules are of excellent quality, and the results rival those of a salon visit! For those who might not have the time or budget for a professional nail technician, these press-ons are the perfect solution. Plus, the capsules are reusable, allowing you to simply buy new adhesive pads for future use.
I hope you enjoyed my top three picks! If you decide to try the beautiful Roxynails, don’t hesitate to visit their website.
