Loup Confesses His Feelings to Joséphine
Loup and Bianca wake up together at the boarding school, only to discover a shocking message spray-painted on their window: "Dégage, sale pute!". Bianca immediately suspects Joséphine, who vehemently denies any involvement. Loup, too, believes it is out of character for Joséphine to act in such a way. Marc and Anouk intervene, advising them to keep their personal issues separate from their masterclass or face exclusion.
During the masterclass, Bianca confides in Ninon and Gary about the incident, revealing her discomfort over Loup defending Joséphine. Eventually, she confronts Loup about it.
Later, at the Atelier, Joséphine takes advantage of Bianca's absence at the Économat to approach Loup and thank him for his support. However, she presses him to clarify his feelings. Loup admits that the situation is more complicated than she realizes and confesses that he still has feelings for her.
At the end of the masterclass, Joséphine confesses to Chef Leroy that she lied about her addiction issues, asserting that she has not been close to relapsing. Nevertheless, she expresses her determination to stay in the masterclass until the end. Marc agrees to her request.
Meanwhile, Loup reassures Bianca that he will be a more supportive boyfriend moving forward. Joséphine, buoyed by Loup's admission, meets Fleur and Lionel at the beach, sharing what Loup revealed. Convinced she still has a chance with him, she begins plotting how to make him forget Bianca.
Bérénice and Zoé Try to Deter Ferdinand
When Ferdinand overhears Bérénice and Zoé discussing their reading interests, he expresses a desire to join their book club. The girls are hesitant but feel unable to turn him down.
In an attempt to dissuade him, they send Ferdinand a list of must-read books, intentionally selecting the most challenging titles. To their dismay, they soon discover that Ferdinand has already read three out of the four books they suggested and is determined to finish the fourth, which is about quantum physics, by the next day. He also mentions that he has invited Chef Listrac, a fellow enthusiast of the topic, to join them.
A New Bartender Joins the Coffee Shop
At the Coffee Shop, Angèle notices that Gaëtan is overwhelmed in Joséphine's absence. A newcomer named Nils offers to step in, eager to showcase his skills during a trial shift, which Gaëtan accepts.
Nils impresses Angèle with a custom cocktail, all while flirting with her. He also treats Maya and Léonard to drinks, which raises Gaëtan's eyebrows as he feels Nils is getting a bit too comfortable. Nonetheless, he acknowledges Nils's competence and recognizes the help is needed.
