7 Sunscreen Products to Try This Summer
Even on cloudy days, sun protection is crucial. Explore these 7 sunscreen products to keep your skin safe from harmful UV rays this summer.

As summer approaches, it’s essential to prioritize sun protection, even when the weather isn’t ideal. UV radiation can still affect the skin on cloudy or cooler days. While I personally opt for a sunscreen with SPF 50, I understand that some may prefer lower SPF options.

Important Note:
UVA Radiation Indoors: How Much Sunlight Penetrates Windows, and Should You Wear Sunscreen Inside? Dr. Berid Altmann-Lappas, a dermatologist at Dermatologikum Hamburg, explains that UVA rays can penetrate glass, while UVB rays are mostly blocked. This means that individuals can still be exposed to UVA radiation indoors, especially in well-lit rooms or near windows. Although the intensity is reduced, it may still be beneficial to wear sunscreen in certain situations, particularly for those with heightened sensitivity to UVA rays or those undergoing specific skin treatments.
