Loup Uncovers Bianca's Schemes
As Loup prepares for the masterclass led by Leroy and Revero, he receives a call from Andréa Jourdain, who is frustrated by his absence at the hotel despite him being listed on the schedule. Unbeknownst to him, Bianca, with Ismaël’s assistance, has orchestrated his presence in classes with Andréa for the next two weeks to avoid any encounters at the masterclass.
At the hotel, Loup attempts to clarify the misunderstanding to Andréa but is unsuccessful. His luck changes when Anouk arrives and insists on verifying the details. Meanwhile, everyone at the Institute is gearing up to leave. Upon seeing Loup arrive with Anouk, Bianca becomes visibly annoyed.
The masterclass group sets up camp before nightfall, with Marc and Anouk opting to sleep under the stars while their students pitch tents. Gaspard discovers that Coline has brought a mobile phone, which is against the rules. Coline explains that her mother insisted she bring it due to her anxiety over not hearing from Amaury. To keep this a secret, Gaspard negotiates for ten messages a day with Maya.
Later, Loup overhears Bianca confiding in Ninon about her manipulative plans to keep him at the Jourdain hotel. He confronts her, accusing her of selfishness and manipulation.
Teyssier Searches for Anaïs's Replacement
Teyssier is on the lookout for someone to take over Anaïs's position at the Double A. Hector and Rose suggest he consider a Third Year student for the role. Subsequently, Teyssier sends a message to the school's group, giving Third Year students until noon the next day to present a dish worthy of a star around a summer fruit. The reward: the coveted position of head chef at the Double A.
Upon receiving the message, Carla, Bérénice, and Jim, who initially planned to enjoy their beach vacation, decide to seize the opportunity.
