Aromas Selective S.L.U., identified by CIF B-41868241 and based in Spain, is the organizer of this promotion. The following terms outline the rules governing the giveaway titled “GIVEAWAY 20 Giorgi Volumizing and Texturizing Powder.”

1. SCOPE AND DURATION

The promotion is valid throughout Spanish territory and will run from June 10, 2026, to June 15, 2026, at 23:59h, inclusive, subject to the provisions of clause 10.

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE GIFT

The giveaway features 20 Giorgi Volumizing and Texturizing Powders (20 WINNERS on Instagram).

The gift cannot be exchanged, altered, or substituted for another item, nor can it be redeemed for cash. Additionally, the gift is non-transferable, even if the recipient chooses to decline it.

2.3 Authorization

Winners authorize Aromas Perfumerías to use their name, surname, address, and image for any promotional activities related to the gift received, without any entitlement to compensation, apart from the gift itself.

3. PROMOTION MECHANICS

To participate, individuals must:

2. Like the promotional post.
3. Tag three friends (real accounts).
4. Gain extra participation by sharing in stories.

Winners will be selected through EasyPromos and announced via Instagram stories on June 16.

4. PARTICIPATION CRITERIA

4.1 Eligibility

All individuals who meet the following criteria may enter:

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Must reside in mainland Spain (No shipments to islands).
• Must consent to the use of their image in promotional activities related to the gift without compensation, except for the gift itself.
• Must comply with the promotion mechanics.

If Aromas Perfumerías detects any irregularities or suspects that a participant is tampering with the registration or participation process through any technical means, they reserve the right to unilaterally disqualify that participant.

Participants must provide personal data to enter the promotion, consenting to its inclusion in Aromas Perfumerías' database for future promotional or marketing actions, including commercial offers.

Aromas Perfumerías guarantees data confidentiality and will not share it with any third parties.

INSTAGRAM does not sponsor, endorse, or administer this promotion in any way, and there is a complete disassociation of each participant from INSTAGRAM, with participants providing information to Aromas Perfumerías, not to INSTAGRAM.

8. TIMEFRAME

Winners have 10 days from the notification to provide their personal data to receive the gift. Failure to do so will result in the prize being considered void and awarded in a subsequent draw.

9. LANGUAGE

The promotion's terms and any related texts are drafted in Spanish. Translations are for convenience only, with the Spanish version being the authoritative text in case of discrepancies.

10. PARTIAL NULLITY

The invalidity of any clause or condition does not affect the validity of the remaining terms.

11. RIGHTS OF THE ORGANIZERS

Aromas Perfumerías reserves the right to deny the gift to participants who do not comply with the promotion terms outlined in section 5.

They also reserve the right to clarify or modify any necessary aspects of participation conditions without prior notice, should circumstances require it, while complying with legal requirements.

12. DISCLAIMER

Aromas Perfumerías is not responsible for any technical connection issues that may arise during electronic communication, particularly regarding internet failures or website problems.

They will not be liable for any circumstances attributable to telephone companies or third parties affecting data transmission during the promotion.

Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, Aromas Perfumerías disclaims any liability for claims related to the promotion, including extensions or reductions in the promotion's duration or cancellations.

They are also exempt from liability for any errors in data provided by winners that may hinder their identification.

Winners release Aromas Perfumerías and its personnel from any responsibility for injuries that may occur during the enjoyment of the prize.

13. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION

The gifts of this promotion are subject to Law 35/2006 on Personal Income Tax, Royal Decree 439/2007 approving the regulation of the Personal Income Tax Law, Royal Decree 2717/1998 of December 18, Law 13/2011 on Gambling Regulation, Decree 3059/1966 approving the consolidated text of Tax Rates, and other related regulations.
