OBJECT AND ORGANIZING COMPANY

Aromas Selective S.L.U., with CIF B-41868241, along with Aromas Andalucía S.L.U (CIF B91075416), Eurodamas SLU (CIF B-41137233), Azahar SLU (CIF B-41613282), and Interaromas Unepessoal, collectively referred to as Aromas Perfumerías, is organizing a promotional giveaway titled "4 Apple iPad Air". This article outlines the rules governing the promotion.

PARTICIPATION

To enter the giveaway, participants must make a purchase of 29€ or more from brands such as Lancôme, Armani, YSL, Mugler, Prada, Valentino, Cacharel, Diesel, Biotherm, Ralph Lauren, Miu Miu, or Azzaro. This can be done at physical stores or online at aromas.es or aromas.es/pt from June 15, 2026, to July 31, 2026. Participants will need to complete a brief form accessible via website banners or QR codes displayed in stores. This will redirect them to the Easypromos landing page where they must upload their purchase receipt or order number.

Eligible participants include individuals of legal age residing in Spain and Portugal. Employees of the organizing company are excluded from participation. The promotion is free to enter and requires acceptance of the stated rules. Any inaccurate or incomplete registration will disqualify the participant.

Multiple entries are allowed as long as they correspond to different receipts or order numbers. Participation implies acceptance of the rules, and any violation will lead to immediate disqualification. Aromas reserves the right to disqualify participants who disrupt the promotion or engage in inappropriate behavior.

DURATION OF THE PROMOTION

The promotion will commence at 00:01 on June 15, 2026, and conclude at 23:59 on July 31, 2026.

PROMOTION MECHANICS

To participate, customers must purchase products worth at least 29€ from the specified brands during the promotional period. The giveaway will run from June 15, 2026, to July 31, 2026. Participants who fill out the registration form through the QR code at the point of sale or online will be entered into a draw for the prizes outlined below.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Each participant will receive a unique number generated by the Easypromos application. A member of the Aromas team will contact the winner via phone within ten business days of the assignment to arrange delivery, either through in-store pickup or home delivery. The winner's name will also be announced on the organizing company's Instagram profile.

PRIZES

• 4 Apple iPad Air 13″ (2026), M4, Wi-Fi, 128 GB valued at 799€.

The draw will take place on August 3, and the names of the four winners will be published on social media. Each winner's receipt or order number will be verified, and the prize will be forfeited if a return has occurred.

If a winner declines the prize or cannot be contacted within ten business days, a substitute winner will be contacted. If the substitute also cannot be reached, the prize will remain unawarded.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other compensation.

DATA PROTECTION

Participants' personal data will be processed to manage entries and notify the winner. Participants guarantee the accuracy of their provided information and must inform of any changes. They have the right to access, rectify, modify, or delete their personal data by contacting Aromas Perfumerías at the specified address or email.

The organizing company is solely responsible for the promotion's organization and prize distribution. They are not liable for the winner's use of the prize or for any services provided by third parties related to the prize. The organizing company reserves the right to modify, shorten, or cancel the promotion if necessary, without liability. Any changes will be communicated through the same channels used for promotion.
