PROMOTION BASES “Hawaiian Tropic Sun Giveaway” AROMAS SELECTIVE S.L.U., identified by CIF B-41868241 (hereinafter referred to as Aromas Perfumerías), is the organizer of the promotion and has established the following rules governing the “Hawaiian Tropic Sun Giveaway.” The details of the promotion are outlined below:
1. SCOPE AND DURATION This promotion is valid throughout the Spanish national territory. It will commence on June 17, 2026, and conclude on June 22, 2026, at 23:59h, inclusive, subject to the provisions of clause 10.
2. DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIZE 2.1 Prize The giveaway consists of 5 Hawaiian Tropic LOTS (5 WINNERS on Instagram), which include:
- HAWAIIAN TROPIC LOTION SPRAY 220ML SPF50
- HAWAIIAN TROPIC LOTION GLOWING 180ML SPF30
- HAWAIIAN TROPIC LOTION HYDRATING AFTER SUN 180ML
- HAWAIIAN TROPIC DRY SPRAY OIL GLOWING 200ML SPF20
- HAWAIIAN TROPIC FACE CREAM 50ML SPF50
- HAWAIIAN TROPIC LIP BALM SPF30
- TOTE BAG
2.2 Nature of the Prize The prize cannot be exchanged, altered, or substituted for another gift, nor can it be redeemed for its cash value. Additionally, the prize is non-transferable, even if the recipient declines it.
2.3 Authorization The winners authorize Aromas Perfumerías to reproduce and use their name, surname, address, and image for any promotional activity related to the received prize, without any right to compensation or benefit, aside from the prize itself.
3. PROMOTION MECHANICS Participants interested in entering the giveaway must:
- Follow @aromas_es and @hawaiiantropic_es on Instagram.
- Like the promotional post.
- Tag 3 real accounts.
- Get an extra entry by sharing on stories.
Winners will be selected using EasyPromos and announced via Instagram stories on the day of the draw (June 23).
4. PARTICIPATION 4.1 Eligibility Participation is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Must be over 18 years old
- Must reside in Spain (shipping not available to islands)
- Must have a public social media profile
- Must consent to the use of their image for promotional purposes without any right to remuneration, except for the prize
- Must adhere to the promotion mechanics
Participation implies full acceptance of all terms in this document. Non-compliance will result in an implicit renunciation of participation.
4.2 Exclusions Employees of IMPREX EUROPE S.L and Aromas Perfumerías, as well as their spouses, ascendants, descendants, and relatives up to the second degree, are prohibited from participating. Violating this rule may lead to the loss of the prize.
5. IRREGULAR ACTIONS Should Aromas Perfumerías detect any anomalies or suspect that a participant is undermining the integrity of the promotion, they reserve the right to unilaterally cancel that participant's registration.
6. PRIVACY POLICY To participate, individuals must provide personal data and consent for it to be entered into Aromas Perfumerías' database for future promotional activities, including marketing offers. Aromas Perfumerías guarantees confidentiality and will not share personal data with third parties.
Participants may contact Aromas Selective S.L.U. via email ([email protected]) to access, rectify, cancel, or oppose the use of their personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) effective April 2016/679.
7. INSTAGRAM INSTAGRAM does not sponsor, endorse, or administer this promotion and is entirely separate from the participants, who provide information to Aromas Perfumerías, not to INSTAGRAM.
8. TIME FRAME Winners have 10 days to provide their personal details upon being contacted, or the prize will be considered void and awarded in a subsequent draw.
9. LANGUAGE The promotion and all related texts are written in Spanish. Translations are for convenience; only the Spanish version is valid in case of discrepancies.
10. PARTIAL NULLITY If any clause or condition of the promotion is invalidated, the remaining clauses will remain in effect.
11. ORGANIZER'S RIGHTS Aromas Perfumerías reserves the right to deny the prize to any participant who does not meet the eligibility criteria. They also reserve the right to clarify or modify the terms of participation as necessary, with participant consent implied by their participation.
12. DISCLAIMER Aromas Perfumerías is not liable for any technical issues that may arise during electronic communication, including internet failures or website issues. They will not be responsible for any circumstances attributable to third parties affecting data transmission in this promotion.
13. APPLICABLE LAW The prizes are subject to Law 35/2006 on Income Tax for Individuals, Royal Decree 439/2007, and other relevant regulations.
