CONDITIONS OF THE “Philipp Plein Perfume Giveaway” PROMOTION
Aromas Selective S.L.U., identified by CIF B-41868241 (hereinafter referred to as Aromas Perfumerías), is the organizer of this promotion and has established the following regulatory framework for the giveaway titled “Philipp Plein Perfume Giveaway.” The conditions for participation are outlined below:
1. SCOPE AND DURATION
The promotion is valid throughout Spanish territory. It will commence on June 1, 2026, and conclude on June 4, 2026, at 23:59h, both dates inclusive, subject to the stipulations in clause 10.
2. DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIZE
2.1 Prize Details: The giveaway includes 2 sets of Philipp Plein fragrances (2 winners on Instagram). Each set consists of:
- 1 Women’s Perfume: Fatale Rosé Intense 30ml.
- 1 Men’s Perfume: Philipp Plein Sport Thunder 100ml.
- 1 Men’s Perfume: Philipp Plein Sport Dynamite 100ml.
2.2 Nature of the Prize: The prize cannot be exchanged, altered, or substituted for another gift and is not redeemable for cash. Additionally, the prize is non-transferable, even if the winner declines it.
2.3 Authorization: The winner grants Aromas Perfumerías permission to use their name, surname, address, and image in any promotional activities related to the received prize without any right to compensation, apart from the delivery of the prize itself.
3. PROMOTION MECHANICS
To participate in this promotion, interested individuals must:
- Follow @aromas_es on Instagram
- Tag 2 people.
- Share (regram).
- Gain an extra entry by sharing the giveaway in IG Stories.
Winners will be selected using EasyPromos and announced via Instagram story on June 5, 2026.
4. PARTICIPATION
4.1 Eligibility: The promotion is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Must be over 18 years old.
- Must reside in Spanish territory (No shipments to the Islands).
- Must consent to the use of their image for promotional activities related to the prize without any right to compensation, aside from the prize itself.
- Must follow the promotion mechanics.
Participation implies full acceptance of all terms outlined in this document. Non-compliance will result in automatic disqualification.
4.2 Exclusions: Employees of A.B Parfums Iberia S.A. and Aromas Perfumerías, as well as workers from companies managing the promotion, are prohibited from participating. Violating this rule may lead to the forfeiture of any prizes.
5. IRREGULAR ACTIONS
If Aromas Perfumerías detects any irregularities or suspects a participant is undermining the promotion's integrity through fraudulent means, they reserve the right to disqualify that participant unilaterally.
6. PRIVACY POLICY
Participants must provide personal data to enter the promotion and consent to its use in Aromas Perfumerías' database for future promotional activities, including the sending of commercial offers. Aromas Perfumerías ensures confidentiality and will not share this information with third parties.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of April 2016/679, participants may contact AROMAS SELECTIVE S.L.U. via email ([email protected]) to access, rectify, or cancel their data, or to withdraw their consent for commercial communications.
7. INSTAGRAM
INSTAGRAM does not sponsor, endorse, or administer this promotion and is entirely separate from it. Participants provide information to Aromas Perfumerías, not to INSTAGRAM.
8. TIMEFRAME
Winners have 10 days from the announcement to provide their personal information to receive the prize. Failure to do so will render the giveaway void, and the prize will be reallocated in a subsequent draw.
9. LANGUAGE
The promotion and its related texts are drafted in Spanish. Any translations are for convenience only; the Spanish version is the only valid one in case of discrepancies.
10. PARTIAL NULLITY
The invalidation of any clause or condition does not affect the validity of the remaining terms.
11. ORGANIZER'S RIGHTS
Aromas Perfumerías reserves the right to deny the prize to any participant who does not comply with the promotion terms outlined in section 5. They also reserve the right to clarify, interpret, or modify the conditions as necessary and to alter the promotion's duration, suspend, postpone, or cancel it at any time without prior notice, adhering to legal requirements.
12. DISCLAIMER
Aromas Perfumerías is not responsible for technical connection issues that may arise during electronic communication, including internet failures or web page issues. They are also not liable for any circumstances caused by telecommunications companies or third parties affecting data transmission.
Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, Aromas Perfumerías disclaims any liability for claims arising from this promotion, particularly those related to the aforementioned issues, and for any potential errors in the data provided by winners that may hinder their identification.
13. APPLICABLE LAW
This promotion is governed by Law 35/2006 on Personal Income Tax, Royal Decree 439/2007 approving the regulation of the Personal Income Tax Law, Royal Decree 2717/1998, Law 13/2011 on Gaming Regulation, and other applicable provisions.
