This animated classic enjoyed immense popularity and was reimagined in a live-action adaptation over 70 years later, directed by Tim Burton and featuring stars such as Colin Farrell, Danny DeVito, and Eva Green. Additionally, Michael Keaton had worked with Burton on Beetlejuice (1988), Batman (1989), and Batman Returns. Alan Arkin, too, had a role in Burton's Edward Scissorhands (1990).
