Bianca Betrays Igor to Save Jasmine

At the Atelier, Igor enlists Bianca's help to undermine Jasmine, revealing his plan to sabotage one of her preparations during the semi-final. His intention is to later rectify the situation in front of everyone to protect his brigade. Bianca soon realizes that Igor had previously sabotaged Jasmine during the last challenge. Feeling betrayed, she confronts him about throwing her under the bus for his own benefit and ultimately kicks him out.

Later, the semi-final of the Championship takes place, where each brigade randomly selects a typical brasserie dish to create a gourmet version with six ingredients and only one trip allowed to the Économat. The Institut draws snails, the Académie Bellia gets fish pie, and Castelmont is assigned stuffed cabbage.

During the challenge, Bianca sees Igor executing his plan by deliberately adding too much spicy sauce to Jasmine's dish while her back is turned. Realizing what is happening, she panics and calls Louis for help.
