In the upcoming episode of "Ici tout commence," tensions rise as Louis goes to great lengths for Jasmine's future. Enzo grapples with the reality of his situation, while Tom finds himself in a tricky spot with Julia.

Who Will Win the First Challenge of the Championship?

After some contemplation, Jasmine agrees to Cardone's stipulation: she must defeat the brigade from the Institute in the Championship to secure her teaching position in Bordeaux. The head chef is pleased that her pressure tactic worked. However, Louis privately informs his colleague that he intends to hire Jasmine regardless of the Championship outcome. Cardone instructs him to keep this information from Jasmine until the competition concludes to keep her motivated.

Later, everyone gathers in the amphitheater where brigades from Paris, Lyon, Castelmont, Auguste Armand, and Bellia will compete in the first challenge. The jury, consisting of two Michelin-starred chefs, announces that each brigade must create a dessert inspired by a journey with at least five different textures.

The Bellia brigade chooses Japan as their theme, while the Institute brigade opts for Italy. For their reinterpretation of tiramisu, Bianca suggests a verrine concept. However, Jim and Milan insist on creating a sphere, ignoring Bianca's warning about thermal shock, and eventually, she relents. As predicted, their sphere cracks during preparation.

After tasting, the jury announces the elimination of the Paris school. Following them are the Lyon school, the Institute, Castelmont, and finally, the Bellia Academy, which takes first place.

At the end of the challenge, Rose pulls Louis aside, making him promise not to manipulate Jasmine. Eager to prove to his sister that he has changed, he agrees to her request.

Meanwhile, Teyssier confronts the Institute's brigade in the kitchen, stating that a defeat is unacceptable. Hector interjects, reminding the director that he must manage the brigade in his own way. He criticizes Bianca, Jim, and Milan for their lack of team cohesion.

Jasmine returns home to care for her son, unaware that someone dressed entirely in black is breaking into her shared apartment to steal her mobile phone...

Tom's Flirting Scheme

At the shared apartment, after spending the night with Julia, Tom attempts to tuck a strand of hair behind her ear. She stops him, reminding him of the terms of their relationship: they sleep together but continue to harbor mutual disdain.

Conflicted by the encounter, Tom discusses his feelings with Billie. He believes he should date others besides Julia to avoid such complications. When called to help at the pop-up restaurant for Lionel, Tom spends his time flirting with customers.

Ultimately, he devises the perfect plan: to take over Noé's position as the hotel Jourdain pool supervisor during his days off.

Enzo's Disillusionment

Enzo arrives at the Comptoir with a host of ideas to claim the space as his own, planning to rename it Enzo Lab and seeking Jude’s approval for his menu.

Later, overhearing a conversation between Jude and Zoé, Enzo realizes the challenges involved in running a restaurant. His enthusiasm quickly wanes as he begins to stress and doubt himself. Thelma reminds him that managing a restaurant was his dream, encouraging him to persevere.
