Promotion Guidelines for the "ECRAN SUNNIQUE Solar Lot Giveaway"

Aromas Selective S.L.U., with CIF B-41868241 (hereinafter referred to as Aromas Perfumerías), is the organizer of this promotion. The following regulations govern the giveaway titled "ECRAN SUNNIQUE Solar Lot Giveaway," which will take place as outlined below:

1. Scope and Duration The promotion is valid across the entire Spanish territory. It will commence on April 8, 2026, and conclude on April 13, 2026, at 23:59h, inclusive, subject to the provisions of clause 10.

2. Description of the Prize 2.1 Prize The giveaway consists of 12 ECRAN SUNNIQUE solar lots (12 winners on Instagram), each containing the following items:

• 1 unit of Ecran Sunnique Sport Protective Spray F50 250ml (EAN: 8411135483262)
• 1 unit of Ecran Denenes Spray F50+ 250ml (EAN: 8411135375604)
• 1 unit of Ecran Sunnique Broncea+ Spray F30 250ml (EAN: 8411135006874)
• 1 unit of Ecran Sunnique Protective Milk Gun F50 270ml (EAN: 8411135007048)
• 1 unit of Ecran Sunnique Broncea+ Oil F30 200ml (EAN: 8411135480667)
• 1 unit of Ecran Aftersun Repair Milk 400ml (EAN: 8411135006577)
• 1 unit of Ecran Sunnique Protective Fluid for Face/Decolletage FP50+ 50ml (EAN: 8411135483408)
• 1 unit of the new product -> Ecran Sunnique Sport Face and Body 75ml (EAN: 8411135010710)
• 1 Ecran Beach Bag The prize cannot be exchanged, altered, or substituted for another gift, nor can it be redeemed for cash. Additionally, the prize is non-transferable, even if the recipient declines it.

2.3 Authorization The selected winner authorizes Aromas Perfumerías to reproduce and use their name, surname, address, and image in any advertising or promotional activities related to the received prize, without any right to compensation, except for the delivery of the prize itself.

3. Promotion Mechanics To participate in this promotion, individuals must:

1. Follow @aromas_es and @ecran_esp on Instagram.
2. Like the promotional post.
3. Mention three real accounts.
4. Gain extra participation by sharing in stories. Winners will be selected using EasyPromos. Winners will be announced via Instagram stories on the day of the draw (April 14, 2026).

4. Participation Requirements 4.1 Eligibility Participation is open to all individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Must be over 18 years old
• Must reside in Spain (Shipping to islands is not available)
• Must have a public social media profile
• Must consent to their image being used for promotional activities related to the prize without any right to compensation, aside from receiving the prize.
• Must comply with the promotion mechanics Participation in the promotion implies full acceptance of all clauses contained in this document. Non-compliance will result in forfeiture of the right to participate.

4.2 Exclusions Employees of AC MARCA PERSONAL CARE S.L and Aromas Perfumerías, as well as their relatives up to the second degree, are prohibited from participating. Violation of this rule may result in the loss of the prize.

5. Irregular Actions If Aromas Perfumerías detects any anomalies or suspects that a participant is obstructing the normal course of the promotion, they reserve the right to unilaterally eliminate that participant's entry.

6. Privacy Policy Participants must provide personal data to enter the promotion and consent to their information being stored in Aromas Perfumerías' database for future promotional or marketing actions, including commercial offers. Aromas Perfumerías guarantees the confidentiality of personal data and commits to not sharing it with third parties.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) April 2016/679, participants can contact Aromas Selective S.L.U. at any time to access, rectify, cancel, or oppose the use of their data.

7. Instagram Disclaimer INSTAGRAM does not sponsor, endorse, or administer this promotion in any way, and there is a complete disassociation of each participant from INSTAGRAM, with participants providing their information to Aromas Perfumerías, not INSTAGRAM.

8. Deadline Winners have 10 days from the time they are contacted to provide their personal information to receive the prize. Failure to do so will result in the prize being considered void and awarded to another participant.

9. Language The promotion and all related texts are written in Spanish. Any translations are for convenience; the Spanish version is the official document in case of any discrepancies.

10. Partial Invalidity If any clause or condition of the promotion is invalidated, the validity of the remaining clauses or conditions will not be affected.

11. Rights of the Organizers Aromas Perfumerías reserves the right to deny the prize to any participant who does not meet the eligibility criteria. They also reserve the right to clarify or modify any necessary terms in case of contradictions or impossibility of fulfilling the established conditions.

12. Exemption of Liability Aromas Perfumerías is not responsible for any technical connection issues that may arise during electronic communication, particularly regarding Internet failures or website issues. They will not be liable for any circumstances attributable to telecommunications companies or third parties affecting data transmission during this promotion.

13. Applicable Legislation The prizes offered in this promotion are subject to Law 35/2006 on Personal Income Tax, Royal Decree 439/2007, and other relevant regulations.
