AROMAS SELECTIVE S.L.U., identified by CIF B-41868241 (hereinafter referred to as Aromas Perfumerías), is organizing a giveaway promotion titled "ROSE&ROSE ROSA DE BULGARIA Giveaway". The following rules govern this promotional activity:
1. SCOPE AND DURATION The promotion is open throughout the Spanish territory. It will commence on May 6, 2026, and conclude on May 10, 2026, at 23:59, both dates inclusive, subject to the provisions outlined in clause 10.
2. DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIZE 2.1 Prize The prize consists of 2 ROSE&ROSE Rosa de Bulgaria sets (2 WINNERS on Instagram), which include:
- Rose&Rose Day Cream 50 ml
- Rose&Rose Night Cream 50 ml
- Rose&Rose Hand Cream 75 ml
- Rose&Rose Natural Soap 100 g
- Rose&Rose Eye Serum 30 ml
The prize cannot be exchanged, altered, or substituted for another gift, nor can it be redeemed for cash. Additionally, the prize is non-transferable, even if the winner declines it.
2.3 Authorization The winners grant Aromas Perfumerías permission to use their name, surname, address, and image in any advertising or promotional activity related to the received prize without any financial compensation, aside from the delivery of the prize itself.
3. PROMOTION MECHANICS To participate in this promotion, interested individuals must:
- Follow @aromas_es and @roseandrose_beauty on Instagram.
- Like the promotional post.
- Tag 3 friends (real accounts).
- Gain extra participation by sharing in stories.
Winners will be selected via EasyPromos and announced through Instagram stories on the day of the draw (May 11, 2026).
4. PARTICIPATION 4.1 Eligibility Participation is open to all individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Must be over 18 years old
- Must reside in Spain (No shipments to islands)
- Must have a public social media profile
- Must consent to the use of their image for promotional activities related to the received prize without any financial compensation, apart from the prize itself.
- Must comply with the promotion mechanics
By participating in the promotion, participants accept all clauses outlined in this document. Non-compliance will imply a waiver of participation rights.
4.2 Exclusions Employees of BRV SPAIN and Aromas Perfumerías, as well as their relatives up to the second degree, are prohibited from participating. Violating this rule may result in the forfeiture of the prize.
5. IRREGULAR ACTIONS If Aromas Perfumerías detects any irregularities or suspects that a participant is interfering with the fair conduct of the promotion, they reserve the right to unilaterally disqualify that participant.

7. INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER INSTAGRAM does not sponsor, endorse, or administer this promotion in any way and is completely dissociated from each participant, who provides information to Aromas Perfumerías, not to INSTAGRAM.
8. DEADLINE Winners have 10 days to provide their personal data upon being contacted. Failure to do so will result in the prize being considered void and awarded to another participant.
9. LANGUAGE The promotional bases and all related texts are written in Spanish. Any translations are for convenience only; the Spanish version prevails in cases of interpretation.
10. PARTIAL NULLITY The invalidation of any clause or condition of the promotion does not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.
11. ORGANIZERS' RIGHTS Aromas Perfumerías reserves the right to deny the prize to any participant who does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in section 5. They also reserve the right to clarify or modify conditions as necessary, and to extend, suspend, or cancel the promotion without prior notice if circumstances require it.
12. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY Aromas Perfumerías is not responsible for any technical issues that may arise during electronic communication, including internet failures. They will not be liable for any issues caused by third parties affecting data transmission.
13. APPLICABLE LAW The gifts associated with this promotion are subject to Law 35/2006 on Personal Income Tax, Royal Decree 439/2007, and other relevant regulations.
