PROMOTION BASES “Women’ Secret”
Aromas Selective S.L.U., with CIF B-41868241 (hereinafter referred to as Aromas Perfumerías), serves as the organizer of this promotion and outlines the regulatory norms governing this giveaway, referred to as “Women’ Secret.” The conditions are detailed below:
1. SCOPE AND DURATION
This promotion is applicable throughout the Spanish national territory. It will commence on April 28 and conclude on May 3 at 23:59h, both inclusive, subject to the provisions of clause 10.
2. DESCRIPTION OF THE GIFT
2.1 Gift
The gift consists of 5 Women’ Secret packs (5 winners on Instagram), each containing:
- Intimate Delite case
- Intimate case
- Intimate DayDream case
Each pack includes:
- Eau de Parfum 100 ml
- Body Lotion 200 ml
2.2 Nature of the Gift
The gift provided in this promotion cannot be exchanged, altered, or substituted for another gift, nor can it be redeemed for its monetary value. Additionally, the gift is non-transferable, even if the recipient chooses to decline it.
2.3 Authorization
The winner authorizes Aromas Perfumerías to reproduce and utilize their name, surname, address, and image in any advertising or promotional activity related to the received gift without conferring any right to remuneration or benefits, except for the gift itself.

The winner will be selected through Easypromos, and the results will be announced via Instagram stories on the day of the draw, May 4.
4. PARTICIPATION
4.1 Eligibility
Participation is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Must be over 18 years old
- Must be residents of Spanish territory. Shipping to islands is not available.
- Must consent to the use of their image for promotional activities related to the gift received without any right to remuneration or benefits, except for the gift itself.
- Must comply with the mechanics of the promotion.
Participation in the promotion implies full acceptance of all clauses contained in this document. Non-compliance by a participant implies an implicit renunciation of their entry.
4.2 Exclusions
Employees of TAILORED PERFUMES and Aromas Perfumerías, as well as their spouses, descendants, and relatives up to the second degree, are prohibited from participating. Violation of this rule may result in the forfeiture of the obtained gift.
5. IRREGULAR ACTIONS
If Aromas Perfumerías detects any irregularities or suspects a participant is hindering the normal progress of the promotion through illegal means, they may unilaterally disqualify that participant.
6. PRIVACY POLICY
To participate in this promotion, individuals must provide personal data and consent for it to be included in Aromas Perfumerías’ database, which may be used for future promotional or marketing actions, including sending commercial offers for their products and services.
Aromas Perfumerías guarantees the confidentiality of personal data and commits to not sharing it with any external entities.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of April 2016/679, participants can contact AROMAS SELECTIVE S.L.U. at any time to access, rectify, cancel, or oppose the use of their data.
7. INSTAGRAM AS A PLATFORM
INSTAGRAM does not sponsor, endorse, or administer this promotion in any way, and participants are fully detached from Instagram, providing information solely to Aromas Perfumerías.
8. DEADLINE
The winner has 10 days to provide personal information after being contacted to receive the gift. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited and passed to another draw.
9. LANGUAGE
The promotion bases and other texts are drafted in Spanish. Any translation into another language is for convenience only; the Spanish version is the only valid one in case of discrepancies.
10. PARTIAL NULLITY
The invalidation of any clause or condition of the promotion does not affect the validity of the remaining clauses or conditions.
11. ORGANIZERS’ RIGHTS
Aromas Perfumerías reserves the right to deny the gift to any participant who does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in section 5.
They also reserve the right to make necessary clarifications or modifications in case of contradictions or impossibility of compliance with the established conditions, to which participants consent by simply participating.
Aromas Perfumerías may reduce or extend the duration of the promotion, suspend, delay, or cancel it at any time without prior notice if circumstances warrant, while complying with applicable legal requirements.
12. DISCLAIMER
Aromas Perfumerías is not responsible for any technical connection issues that may arise during electronic communication, particularly regarding Internet failures or website issues.
They will not be liable for circumstances attributable to telecommunications companies or third parties that may affect data transmission and communications during this promotion.
Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, Aromas Perfumerías disclaims any responsibility for claims arising from this promotion, including those related to the aforementioned circumstances or any modifications to the promotion.
13. APPLICABLE LAW
The gifts in this promotion are subject to Law 35/2006 on Personal Income Tax, Royal Decree 439/2007 approving the regulation of the Personal Income Tax Law, Royal Decree 2717/1998, and Law 13/2011 on Gaming Regulation, among other related provisions.
