PROMOTION TERMS FOR “Aromas World”
Aromas Selective S.L.U., identified by CIF B-41868241 and located in Spain, is the organizer of the “Aromas World” giveaway. This document outlines the rules governing this promotional event.
1. SCOPE AND DURATION
The promotion is valid throughout the Spanish territory. It will commence on May 29, 2026, and conclude on June 8, 2026, at 23:59, both dates included, subject to clause 10.
2. CONTEST DESCRIPTION
Participants will be entered into a draw for a fragrance of their choice from the visual provided, provided they correctly identify at least eight hidden perfumes. (3 winners)
2.1 Prize: A male fragrance selected from those shown in the visual. (3 winners on Instagram)
2.2 Nature of the Prize
The prize cannot be exchanged, altered, or substituted for another item, nor can it be redeemed for cash. Additionally, the prize is non-transferable, even if the recipient declines it.
2.3 Authorization
Winners authorize Aromas Selective to use their name, surname, address, and image for any promotional activities related to the prize without any compensation, except for the prize itself.
3. PROMOTION MECHANICS
To participate, individuals must:
- Follow @aromas_es on Instagram
- Share in stories.
- Mention who they will watch the matches with.
- List the names of the 11 hidden perfumes in the same comment.
Participants who identify at least eight hidden perfumes will be entered into the draw for a fragrance of their choice from the visual.
Winners will be selected using EasyPromos.
The winners will be announced via Instagram stories on June 9, 2026.
4. PARTICIPATION
4.1 Eligibility
Participation is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Must reside in mainland Spain (no shipments to islands).
- Must consent to the use of their image for promotional activities without compensation, except for the prize.
- Must adhere to the promotion mechanics.
By participating, individuals accept all terms outlined in this document. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of participation rights.
4.2 Exclusions
Employees of Aromas Perfumerías and workers from companies managing the promotion are prohibited from participating. Violation of this rule may result in disqualification from the prize.
5. IRREGULARITY ACTIONS
If Aromas Perfumerías detects any irregularities or suspects that a participant is disrupting the promotion’s normal operation through fraudulent methods, they may unilaterally disqualify that participant.
6. PRIVACY POLICY
Participants must provide personal data to enter the promotion and consent to their data being stored in Aromas Perfumerías' database for future promotional actions. Aromas Perfumerías guarantees the confidentiality of personal data and commits to not sharing it with third parties.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of April 2016/679, participants may contact Aromas Selective S.L.U. at any time to access, rectify, cancel, or oppose the use of their data.
7. INSTAGRAM
INSTAGRAM does not sponsor, endorse, or administer this promotion and is completely unrelated to it. Participants provide information to Aromas Perfumerías, not to INSTAGRAM.
8. TIME FRAME
Winners have 10 days from notification to provide personal information to claim their prize. Failure to do so will result in the prize being considered unclaimed and awarded to another participant.
9. LANGUAGE
The terms of the promotion and other related texts are written in Spanish. Translations in other languages are provided for convenience, but only the Spanish version is valid in case of discrepancies.
10. PARTIAL NULLITY
The invalidation of any clause or condition does not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.
11. RIGHTS OF THE ORGANIZERS
Aromas Perfumerías reserves the right to deny prizes to participants who do not comply with the eligibility criteria outlined in section 5.
They also reserve the right to make necessary clarifications or modifications to the promotion as needed, with participants consenting to these changes by virtue of their participation.
Aromas Perfumerías may alter the duration of the promotion, suspend, postpone, or cancel it without prior notice if circumstances warrant.
12. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Aromas Perfumerías is not responsible for any technical issues that may arise during electronic communication, including internet failures.
They are also not liable for any circumstances attributable to telephone companies or third parties that may affect data transmission during the promotion.
Unless due to willful misconduct or gross negligence, Aromas Perfumerías disclaims any liability for claims arising from this promotion, including issues related to prize distribution.
13. APPLICABLE LAW
The prizes offered in this promotion are subject to the Law 35/2006 on Income Tax for Individuals, Royal Decree 439/2007 approving the Regulation of the Income Tax Law, and other applicable regulations.
