OBJECTIVE AND ORGANIZING COMPANY

Aromas Perfumerías, which includes AROMAS SELECTIVE S.L.U., AROMAS ANDALUCÍA S.L.U., EURODAMAS SLU, AZAHAR SLU, and INTERAROMAS UNEPESSOAL, is launching a promotional giveaway titled “GIVEAWAY of 5 PROFESSIONAL HAIRCARE KITS”. This article outlines the regulations governing the promotion.

PARTICIPATION DETAILS

To enter, participants must purchase a dye or color complement from the brands Palette, Syoss, or Nordic by Schwarzkopf at physical Aromas locations, Da-Mas, or Azahar, or via the websites aromas.es or aromas.es/pt from September 1 to September 30, 2026. Participants are required to complete a brief form accessed through web banners or QR codes in store displays. Both methods will direct users to the Easypromos landing page, where they must upload their purchase receipt or order number if purchased online.

Eligible participants include individuals over 18 residing in Spain and Portugal. Employees of the organizing company are not permitted to enter the giveaway. Participation is free, and by entering, participants accept the terms outlined in these regulations. Incomplete or inaccurate entries will be disqualified.

Multiple entries are allowed per person, provided that the receipts or order numbers differ. Participants must adhere to the promotion's rules; any violation will result in immediate disqualification. Aromas reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the promotion or engages in inappropriate behavior.

PROMOTION DURATION

The giveaway will commence at 00:01 on September 1, 2026, and conclude at 23:59 on September 30, 2026.

PROMOTION MECHANICS

To participate, a purchase of a dye or color complement from Palette, Syoss, or Nordic by Schwarzkopf is necessary at physical Aromas stores, Da-Mas, or Azahar, or via the websites aromas.es or aromas.es/pt. The giveaway is available from September 1 to September 30, 2026. Participants must fill out the registration form on the Easypromos platform, attaching their purchase receipt or order number.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Each participant will receive a unique number generated by Easypromos. A representative from Aromas Perfumerías will contact the winner via phone within ten business days of the draw to arrange delivery details, either through pickup at a physical store or home delivery. Additionally, the winner's name will be announced on the company's Instagram profile.

PRIZES

• 5 PROFESSIONAL KITS (HAIR DRYER + STRAIGHTENER + BRUSH)

The draw will take place on October 1, with the names of the five winners published on social media. Each winner's receipt or order number will be verified, and if a return has been made, the prize will be forfeited.

If a winner declines the prize or cannot be reached within ten business days, a backup winner will be contacted. If they also decline or cannot be reached, the prize will remain unawarded.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

DATA PROTECTION

Participants' personal data will be processed for the purpose of managing entries and notifying the winner. Participants must ensure the accuracy of their information and report any changes. They have the right to access, rectify, modify, or delete their personal data by contacting Perfumería Aromas via postal mail or email.

Personal data related to this promotion will be handled under the responsibility of PERFUMERÍAS AROMAS, in accordance with the Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and the guarantee of digital rights.

By participating, individuals consent to their data being included in Aromas Perfumerías' database, which may be used for future marketing actions, including commercial communications about products and services.

Aromas Perfumerías commits to maintaining the confidentiality of personal data and will not share it with third parties.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), participants can contact Aromas Perfumerías at any time to access, modify, cancel, or oppose the use of their data, as well as to withdraw consent for receiving commercial communications.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The organizing company’s responsibility is strictly limited to the promotion's organization and prize delivery. Therefore, it will not be liable for any issues arising from the winner's use of the prize or services provided by third parties related to the prize.

The company is also not responsible for circumstances beyond its control that may affect the promotion's execution, including technical errors or fraud. If necessary, the company reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion, with any changes communicated through the same channels used for its promotion.

Participants must take appropriate measures to protect their data and software from potential threats while participating in the promotion.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This promotion and its terms are governed by Spanish law, and any disputes will be resolved by the courts of Sevilla.
