Suspicion: Uma Thurman Stars in New Apple TV+ Thriller

Suspicion is a gripping conspiracy thriller featuring Uma Thurman as a businesswoman caught in a web of blackmail. Recently launched on Apple TV+, the series draws inspiration from the acclaimed Israeli show “False Flag,” which depicted five Israeli citizens accused of kidnapping an Iranian government official. In this adaptation, the geopolitical elements are stripped away, centering instead on four British citizens who find themselves accused of abducting the businesswoman's son from a New York hotel.

On the night of the kidnapping, these four individuals were present at the hotel, sparking a frantic race across the Atlantic as they attempt to evade the combined efforts of the National Crime Agency and the FBI. While their primary goal is to prove their innocence, it quickly becomes apparent that trust is a scarce commodity, and the true orchestrator behind the abduction remains shrouded in mystery.

The series premiered on Apple TV+ with the first two episodes—each lasting around 40 minutes—available from February 4, 2022. New episodes will be released weekly, culminating in a total of eight installments.
