Review of Kiko's '255 Violet Microglitter' Nail Polish

In today's review, we take a closer look at Kiko's '255 Violet Microglitter' nail polish, which I couldn't resist purchasing for just €1.90. This vibrant purple polish is infused with a plethora of colorful microglitter, creating a stunning sparkle that is truly eye-catching in the bottle. However, my camera struggled to capture the full extent of the glitter's brilliance; it shines even more beautifully in person.

The application process was smooth, despite my usual difficulties with straight brushes. I found that two coats were necessary to completely cover the nail and eliminate any visible nail white. The polish dried relatively quickly, and when worn without a top coat, it produced a finish reminiscent of sand polish, albeit slightly less textured. Personally, I prefer the look with a top coat, as it enhances the microglitter's effect. The durability was impressive as well, lasting about 3 to 4 days without chipping.

Unfortunately, the microglitter was difficult to capture on the nails, making it challenging to showcase its true sparkle.

In reality, the glitter sparkled beautifully, adding an extra dimension to the overall look.

Here’s another shot with a top coat, although it still didn’t quite capture the level of sparkle I had hoped for.
